There are many versions of drinks, like "sugar free", "without sugar added", "low calorie" etc. You always have to check the nutrition facts label, because one "orange juice" can have twice of the calories than other. This same for energy drinks and maybe all other processed foods in market. And when looking on the label, check also the other ingredients, like for ex. sodium - you may be surprised. :)

Wow, incredible... I just made this, but didn't have all the exact ingredients above. I used what I had on hand. Instead of cream of chicken, I used the cream of chicken/cream of mushroom combo can, put a can of green beans (drained), 6 small red potatoes cut up very small and pre-cooked chicken that came prepackaged (bought originally to have in a salad) and 1/2 cup of chicken broth mixed with 1/2 cup of milk.

Oh and I found a package of dry lipton onion soup and thought that an onion taste might be good, I sprinkled a little over the mixture. The only thing that I would change is precooking the potatoes half way before putting in the pie. They were not quite done, but done enough to eat this time. This came out absolutely delicious. thanks for the recipe.

Good tip. I usually put my sponges in the dishwasher, daily or every other day. On weekends, I put them in bleach and water in my sink and also wipe the counters and around the sink to help sanitize.
