Are you one of those people that can only stick to a diet for so long before that craving for chocolate hits hard? The next time you try to lose a few pounds, try this. Eat as healthy as you can Monday through Friday. (Of course, don’t forget to exercise!) Then on the weekends, allow yourself a dessert or two each day. When you get a craving during the week, remind yourself that you can have that wonderful treat in just a few days. Reward yourself on the weekend – but guess what? You may be surprised to find that you have done so well with your diet during the week that you will only have a few small treats on your “special” days.
