Quick and Easy Beef Stroganoff Dinner – Made From Hamburger!

Nothing could be easier than this meal! While you are making the main course, allow rice or noodles to cook. Frozen vegetables would be fine with this just to keep things quick.

To prepare this meal, brown a pound of hamburger – or whatever you feel your family would eat. Remember, this meal microwaves very well so consider making extras for tomorrow’s lunch. Add one can of Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom Soup and one can of water. Pepper to taste, and sprinkle in a little Worcestershire sauce. Would you believe dinner is ready? Serve over or next to your rice or noodles. This Hamburger Stroganoff only takes a few minutes to prepare and will fill up even the hungriest of children. And it tastes great!
